Vintage ephemera is so popular for art journaling and junk journals alike. If you are lucky enough to have your own old papers and photographs from your relatives you have a big advantage to start. Painting watercolor florals on vintage ledger paper is just so satisfying and gorgeous but using printables can be very close and much more budget-friendly.
Tim Holtz Vintage Ephemera

Vintage Paper Dolls
I was finally able to get some of these minis to use on my Artist Trading Cards ATCs and I love them. There are 133 mini paper dolls including men, women, and children both singles and in groups, all in vintage clothing, sitting, standing, and other poses. These die-cut pieces are made from heavyweight cardstock and do have a small representation of BIPOC figures as well. They measure 2 1/4″ to 2 3/4″in Height to 1 1/2″ to 2 1/2″ in Width
There are quite a few varieties with new options released yearly.
These vintage paper dolls can be added to cards, scrapbook pages, tags, journals, planners, art journals, junk journals, paper crafting, mixed media, and home decor projects. These pieces can also be colored with inks, paints, sprays, gessos, and other crafting mediums.
Tim Holtz also has a great selection of Words & Phrase Stickers for Mixed Media & Journaling.
Dina Wakley has lots of fun things for your art books, her new releases include these replicas of ledger papers.
The first set is 10 pages that look like aged notebook paper and contain typed quotes, phrases, and expressions.
